摘要
钨钼及其合金因具有良好的导热、导电、高温强度和耐磨等特性,成为电子电力、金属材料等航天工业应用的重要材料,钨钼靶材是产生X射线的重要组成部件,被广泛应用于医学和材料等领域,其质量对使用性能至关重要。靶材生产过程中,其工作表面常常伴随"白斑"缺陷,严重影响产品的合格率。本实验采用光学显微镜、扫描电镜和显微硬度等分析方法对钨钼靶材工作表面的白斑缺陷进行微观成分分析。结果表明:白斑缺陷微观视野下为凹坑现象,其周围晶粒粗大。缺陷产生的主要原因是料层的致密度和硬度差异化不同,烧结和热压使晶粒增粗增大,机加过程中使晶粒脱落,表现为凹坑现象。最后,通过改进生产工艺,有效避免靶材表面的白斑缺陷,提高了产成品率。本文的研究内容对生产企业有着非常重要的指导意义。
        Tungsten-molybdenum and its alloys have become important materials such as electronic power,metal materials and aerospace industry applications,due to their good thermal conductivity,electrical conductivity,high temperature strength and wear resistance. Tungsten-molybdenum target is an important component for X-ray generation and is widely used in medical and material fields,and its own taste is crucial to its performance. In the process of target production,its working surface is often accompanied by " white spot" defect,which seriously affects the qualified rate of the product. In this experiment,optical microscope,scanning electron microscope and microhardness were used to analyze the microscopic composition of white spot defects on the working surface of tungsten-molybdenum target. The results show that the white spot defect is a pit phenomenon in the microscopic field of view,and its surrounding grains are coarse. The main reason for the defect is that the density and hardness of the material layer are different. Sintering and hot pressing increase the grain size,and the grain falls off in the process of machining,which shows a pit phenomenon. Finally,by improving the production process,the white spot defect on the target surface can be effectively avoided and the yield can be improved. The research content of this article has very important guiding significance for production enterprises.
