摘要
变速器是汽车的重要零部件之一,对汽车的动力性、经济性以及可靠性有着重要的影响,因此变速器的耐久可靠性显得尤为重要。以某手动机械变速器为研究对象,利用道路试验数据采集系统,采集了整车可靠性试验载荷谱,将道路试验载荷谱转化为实际台架试验加载载荷谱,通过仿真分析和变速器台架耐久试验,验证了变速器载荷谱的有效性。
As an important part of the automobile, the transmission plays an important part in the power, economy and reliability of the automobile, so the durability and reliability of the transmission is particularly important. A manual mechani-cal transmission is taken as the research object, and the load spectrum of the whole vehicle is collected through the road test data acquisition system, the load spectrum of the road test is transformed into the load spectrum of the actual bench test, then the validity of transmission load spectrum is verified by simulation analysis and endurance test of transmission bench.
