低温环境下蒸发器除湿量影响因素的实验研究

摘要
本文利用国家认定标准焓差实验室,在常规空调室外低温,室内蒸发器进风干球温度、风量稳定的前提下,改变进风湿球温度,测试蒸发器在低温工况下的空气出口参数变化,除湿能力变化规律及负荷特性。测试表明:低温工况下,随着室内进风湿球温度的降低,蒸发器的除湿量逐渐减小。当室内进风湿球温度低于16℃时,蒸发器的除湿量不再减少,其出风湿球温度低于露点温度。
        This paper uses the national standard enthalpy differential laboratory to change the temperature of the rheumatic ball under the premise of low temperature outside the conventional air conditioning and stable air volume and temperature of the indoor evaporator. The changes of air outlet parameters, dehumidifying ability and load characteristics of evaporator under low temperature conditions were tested. The test results show that the dehumidification of evaporator decreases gradually with the decrease of indoor rheumatic bulb temperature. While the temperature of the indoor rheumatic ball is below 16 ℃, the dehumidification of the evaporator no longer decreases, and the temperature of the rheumatic ball reaches the dew point temperature.
