常克教授治疗小儿紫癜性肾炎肾虚血尿经验举隅

摘要
举例介绍常克教授治疗小儿紫癜性肾炎肾虚血尿之经验。常师认为肾之病有寒热之辨;寒者,肿之为多;热者,尿血为甚。邪伏少阴,烁伤络脉,血渗于膀胱,则尿血久不消。血尿不愈,属肾虚者,当以滋肾降火、敛阴摄血,选方知柏地黄汤合二至炭丸随证加减,使血尿止。
The paper illustrated Professor Chang Ke's experience of treating chindren with Purpura nephritis of renal hematuria.Professor Chang considered the causes of the kidney disease were nothing more than heat or cold.The Cold,dropsy as mush;heat,why hematuria.Evil on the Shaoyin meridian,heat injury collaterals,blood seeping from the bladder,hematturia persistence for a long time not fade.Hematturia often deferred and difficult to cure,genus deficiency of kidney;Treatment when nourishing the kidneys to reduce pathogenic fire,astringing yin to control blood.Election prescription for zhibai dihuang decoction combined erzhi carbon pills addition and subtraction,hematuria disappears.
