皮片移植修复联合局部氧疗对深度烧伤患者创面的治疗效果研究

摘要
目的研究皮片移植修复联合局部氧疗对深度烧伤患者创面的治疗效果。方法选择2013年6月—2018年5月本院收治的267例深度烧伤患者,随机分为两组。两组均采用皮片移植修复治疗,观察组联合采用局部氧疗。比较两组的创面修复效果。结果观察组治疗创面的有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组深度烧伤患者创面的愈合时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的住院时间、肉芽组织生长时间和疼痛评分均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的创面愈合率为81.34%(109/134),明显高于对照组的65.41%(87/133)(P<0.05),且观察组的感染发生率和并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论皮片移植修复联合局部氧疗有助于促进深度烧伤患者创面的修复,创面愈合率高、愈合时间短且并发症低,值得应用推广。
        Objective To discuss the effect of skin graft repair combined with local oxygen therapy on deep burn wounds. Methods 267 cases of deep burn patients from June 2013 to May 2018 were divided into two groups randomly. The two groups were treated with skin graft, and the observation group was treated with local oxygen therapy in addition. The wound healing effects were compared. Results The effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than control group(P<0.05). The healing time of observation group was significantly shorter than control group(P<0.05), and the hospitalization time, granulation tissue growth time and pain score of observation group were significantly lower than control group(P<0.05). The wound healing rate in the observation group was 81.34%(109/134), which was significantly higher than control group 65.41%(87/133)(P<0.05), and the incidence of infection and complications in the observation group was significantly lower than control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Skin graft repair combined with local oxygen therapy can promote the repair of deep burn wounds. The wound healing rate is high, the healing time is short and the complications are low.
