辨证护理糖尿病随机平行对照研究

摘要
[目的]观察辨证护理糖尿病疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将244例住院患者按病志号抽签简单随机为两组。对照组123例常规食疗和护理;降糖、运动疗法、饮食控制、健康教育和血糖监测。护理组121例辨证护理,阴虚燥热,养阴清热,一贯煎(生地30g,枸杞子、沙参、当归、麦冬、川楝子各10g,丹参30g,黄连10g,葛根30g),1剂/d,水煎200mL,早晚口服;气阴两虚,宜益气养阴,生脉散(麦冬15g,太子参30g,五味子10g,生黄芪、生地各30g,苍术10g,丹参30g,玄参15g,葛根30g),1剂/d,水煎200mL,早晚口服;阴阳两虚,温阳育阴,金匮肾气丸(附子、肉桂、生地、山萸肉各10g,茯苓15g、山药、泽泄、丹皮各10g,葛根、丹参各30g),1剂/d,水煎200mL,早晚口服。连续护理28d为1疗程。观测临床症状、空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、不良反应。连续护理3疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效45例,有效64例,无效12例,总有效率90.08%。对照组显效37例,有效59例,无效27例,总有效率78.05%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.01)。[结论]辨证护理糖尿病效果显著,值得推广。
[Objective]To observe the curative effect of dialectical nursing diabetes. [Methods]Using random parallel control method,244 cases of hospitalized patients into two groups according to random number table method. The control group,123 cases of normal diet therapy and nursing. Taking medications,exercise therapy,diet,health education and blood sugar monitoring. 121 cases of dialectical nursing care group.Yin Yin scorching heat,penetration decoction(Shengdi 30 g,Gouqizi,Shashen,Danggui,Maidong,Chuanjizi every 10 g,Danshen 30 g,Huanglian 10 g,Gegen 30g),1/d,boiling water 200 ml,oral sooner or later. Appropriate of qi and Yin deficiency,qi and nourishing Yin,raw pulse dispersion(Maidong15g,Taizishen 30 g,Wuweizi 10 g,Shenghuangqi,Shengdi each 30 g,Cangzhu 10 g,Danshen 30 g,Xuanshen 15 g,Gegen30g),1 / d,boiling water 200 ml,oral sooner or later. Yin and Yang are two virtual in this article,the Yin,kidney golden pill(Fuzi,Rougui,Shengdi,Shanyurou every 10 g,Fuling15g,Shanyao,Zexie,Danpi every 10 g,Gegen,Danshen each 30g),1/d,boiling water 200 ml,oral sooner or later. 28 d of constant care for 1 course of treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms and adverse reactions. Continuous care 3 period of treatment,judge curative effect[. Results] the treatment group 45 cases had marked effect,64 cases,12 cases ineffective,the total effective rate was 90.08%. Control group of 37 cases were markedly effective,effective 59 cases effectiveness and 27 cases,total effective rate was 78.05%. The treatment group curative effect is better than that of control group(P<0.01).[Conclusion] Diabetes the dialectical nursing effect is remarkable,is worth promoting.
