从脾虚论治结石病

摘要
目的:探讨中医补脾、健脾法在治疗结石病中的应用。方法:该文从易理、脾胃论、脾的中医基本生理功能、阴阳五行学说多方面进行深入探讨分析,并结合现代多位医家的研究成果,充分阐明学术观点。结果:脾土之气不独存于脾,人体五脏六腑、四肢百骸皆有脾土之气。西医认为结石病易伤其所在脏腑的内膜。中医认为结石必阻碍其所在脏腑的经络气血运行,久则其气必虚,其所在脏腑的脾土之气亦虚。补脾、健脾类中药可以修复脏腑的内膜,也可补其脾土之气。结论:结石病患者服用补脾、健脾类中药可以使其脾土之气旺盛而祛除湿邪,并使所在脏腑的内膜早日修复,降低结石病复发的可能性。
Objective: To explore the application of traditional Chinese medicine spleen tonic and spleen tonic methods in the treatment of lithiasis. Methods: This paper discussed and analyzed the theory of Yi theory, spleen and stomach,the basic physiological function of spleen and the theory of Yin, Yang and five elements, and fully expounded the academic views based on the research results of many modern doctors. Results: The Qi of spleen and soil not only exists in the spleen, but also in the internal organs and limbs. Western medicine believes that lithiasis is easy to damage the inner lining of the viscera. Traditional Chinese medicine believes that stones will obstruct the circulation of Qi and blood in the meridians of the viscera, and the Qi will be deficient after a long time, and the Qi of the spleen and soil in the viscera will also be deficient. Traditional Chinese medicine of invigorating the spleen and strengthening the spleen can repair the inner lining of the Zang-fu organs as well as the Qi of the spleen soil. Conclusion: Lithiasis patients can get rid of dampness and pathogenic factors in spleen and soil by taking traditional Chinese medicine of invigorating spleen and strengthening spleen.
