广东客家茶树种质资源儿茶素特性分析

摘要
为了更好地利用和开发广东客家茶树种质资源,以广东省客家茶树种质资源为研究对象,采用高效液相色谱法对儿茶素组分进行分析,通过因子和聚类分析法揭示了客家茶树种质资源的儿茶素特性,结果表明:客家茶树种质资源中EGCG、EGC和GCG为高含量组分,其中,EGCG的含量最高,EGCG在群体间和季节间变异系数最小。儿茶素总量和酯型儿茶素在群体间和季节间变异系数小于非酯型儿茶素。客家茶树种质资源中EGCG、酯型儿茶素和EGCG/酯型儿茶素比值低于大叶种茶树种质。因子和聚类分析显示,EGCG、ECG和EGC可作为不同茶树种质儿茶素的表征性成分;客家茶树种质资源区别于大叶种茶树资源,可单独聚为一类。
        In order to preferably use and exploit the hakka tea germplasm resources in Guangdong,we analyzed the catechin components in these resources through high performance liquid chromatography,and revealed their catechin characteristics by using the methods of factor analysis and clustering analysis. The results indicated that: in these hakka tea germplasm resources,the contents of EGCG( epigallocatechin gallate),EGC( epigallocatechin) and GCG( gallocatechin gallate) were higher,especially the EGCG content was the highest,and the EGCG content had the smallest variability among different populations or seasons. The catechin total content and ester catechin content had smaller variability among different populations or seasons than non-ester catechin content. The EGCG content,ester catechin content,and ratio of EGCG content to ester catechin content in hakka tea germplasm resources were lower than those in large-leaf tea resources. The factor analysis and clustering analysis showed that: EGCG,ECG and EGC could be used as the representative components of catechins in various tea germplasms; the hakka tea germplasm resources could be alone clustered into a category,because they were different from large-leaf tea resources.
