2011~2016年国内结核病学核心期刊结核类文章国家级基金项目资助情况分析

摘要
目的研究2011~2016年结核病学核心期刊在国家级基金项目资助下发表的中文论文数量,查找发表国家级基金论文数量较多的机构,为期刊组稿、约稿计划提供参考。方法检索"超星发现系统"中《中国防痨杂志》《中华结核和呼吸杂志》《临床肺科杂志》2011~2016年发表的全部文章。筛选出其中与"结核"相关的研究,再分别按年度检索基金项目为"国家科技重大专项""国家自然科学基金""国家科技支撑计划""国家863计划""国际科技合作计划"的文章。对2011~2016年各期刊国家级基金论文发表比率、不同基金项目的分布情况,以及发表论文数量较多的机构进行统计。结果 2011~2016年《中国防痨杂志》《中华结核和呼吸杂志》《临床肺科杂志》共发表国家级基金论文345篇,占全部"结核"类文章的13.17%(345/2620),受支持国家级基金项目总频数为385;支持发表文章数量最多的项目基金是国家科技重大专项,占总数的75.32%(290/385),其次为国家自然科学基金,占22.60%(87/385)。共有92家机构在国家级基金项目的支持下发表了论文,其中发表文章数量较多的机构分别为首都医科大学附属北京胸科医院(45篇)、中国疾病预防控制中心结核病预防控制中心(35篇)、解放军第三○九医院(33篇)。结论"结核"类论文受国家级基金项目资助较多,以国家科技重大专项为主;北京地区的结核病防控和诊疗机构在国家级基金项目的支持下发表论文数量较多,将成为期刊组稿、约稿的主要机构。
        Objective To study the number of Chinese papers published by the core journals of tuberculosis in 2011 ~2016 under the support of national fund projects, and to find out the number of institutions that publish a large number of national fund papers, and provide reference for the journal drafts and draft plans. Methods All articles published in the "Super Star Discovery System", "Chinese Journal of Antituberculosis", "Chinese Journal of Tuberculosis and Respiratory Diseases" and "Journal of Clinical Pulmonary Medicine" from 2011 to 2016 were searched. Screen out the research related to "tuberculosis", and then follow the annual search fund project as "National Science and Technology Major Project","National Natural Science Fundation", "National Science and Technology Support Program", "National 863 Program"and "International Science and Technology Cooperation Program".Statisticed on the publication rate of national fund research papers in 2011~2016, the distribution of different fund projects, and the number of organizations that publish a large number of papers. Results From 2011 to 2016, "Chinese Journal of Antituberculosis", "Chinese Journal of Tuberculosis and Respiratory Diseases" and "Journal of Clinical Pulmonary Medicine" published 345 national fund papers,accounting for 13.17%(345/2620) of all "tuberculosis" articles. The total frequency of national fund projects was 385; the project funds supporting the largest number of published articles are National Science and Technology Major Project, accounting for 75.32%(290/385) of the total, followed by the National Natural Science Foundation, accounting for 22.60%(87/385).A total of 92 institutions have published papers with the support of national fund projects, of which 45 had been published by the Beijing Chest Hospital affiliated to Capital Medical University. Chinese Centers for Disease Control and Prevention(35), PLA 309 Hospital(33). Conclusion The"tuberculosis"papers are funded mainly by National Science and Technology Major Project; the tuberculosis prevention and treatment institutions in Beijing have published a large number of papers with the support of national fund projects, which will become the main institutions for compiling and contracting contributions of periodicals.
