闽台创新型人才开发合作模式

摘要
通过对目前闽台创新型人才开发合作政策、合作平台、合作方式、合作成果等现状的回顾,分析闽台在合作中存在合作意向不对等、合作机制不完善、合作程度不深入等问题;同时两地在人才资源、教育资源、产业等方面都存在一定的互补优势,在此基础上构建全方位、立体式的闽台创新型人才开发合作模式,重点阐述当前闽台迫切需要建立并完善官官、校校、产学研、介介企、民民企5种创新型人才开发合作模式。
        This paper through reviewing the current status of cooperative policies,cooperation platforms,cooperation ways,cooperation achievements of innovative talent development for Fujian and Taiwan,analyzes the problems such as the non-identical cooperation intention,imperfect cooperative mechanism,shallow cooperation degree in the cooperation between Fujian and Taiwan. However,both places have complementary advantages in human resources,educational resources,industry,etc. On that basis,build a comprehensive and integrated mode of cooperation of innovative talent development between Fujian and Taiwan,Meanwhile Fujian and Taiwan need to establish and perfect the five kinds of mode of cooperation,which including government and government; university and university; industry university research institution; intermediaries intermediaries and enterprise; civil institutions civil institutions and enterprises.
