普通高校开设五人制足球选项课的实践研究——以浙江建设职业技术学院为例

摘要
运用文献资料、实验比较、数理统计分析等方法,对普通高校的五人制足球选项课开展研究。经过一学期的教学实践,五人制足球实验组的足球技能测试成绩,显著高于传统十一人制足球对照组的成绩;五人制足球实验组对足球选项课的喜好程度相对于传统十一人制对照组,有更显著的正向变化。因此,研究建议通过增加五人制足球的场地和设施,组建高校五人制足球社团,从加强五人制足球培训、扩大专业人才培养等渠道,提升五人制足球在普通高校的开展力度。
By using the literature study, experiment comparison and mathematical statistics analysis, this paper studies futsal optional course in Colleges and universities. After one semester, the scores of the futsal experimental group are significantly higher than those of the traditional 11-person soccer pair. Compared with the traditional 11-person soccer control group, the futsal experimental group also had a more significant positive change in their preference for the traditional 11-person soccer optional courses. It is suggested that the development of the futsal in colleges and universities should be enhanced by increasing the futsal field and facilities, organizing the futsal associations, carrying out league matches, strengthening the futsal training and expanding the professional training channels.
