摘要
将72只昆明小鼠随机均分为正常组、模型组、阳性对照组、甲预胶囊高、中、低(40、20、10 g·kg-1)剂量组,各给药组ig给予相应剂量的药物,正常组、模型组ig给予等体积的0. 5%CMC,连续7 d。末次给药后2 h,正常组ip给予花生油,其余各组ip给予0. 1%CCL_4花生油溶液。18 h后眼眶取血,检测血清中丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)的活性。与模型组比较,甲预胶囊中、高剂量组AST、ALT的活性均显著降低,表明甲预胶囊对四氯化碳致肝损伤模型小鼠具保护作用。
72 Kunming mice were randomly divided into the normal group,model group,lipid group,and the high,medium andlow dose of Jiayu capsule(40,20,10 g·kg-1) groups. The normal group and model group were treated with 0. 5% of CMCaqueous solution,and the positive control group and the Jiayu capsule groups administrated the corresponding drugs continuouslyfor 7 d. Two hours after the last dose,the mice in normal group were intraperitoneally injected with peanut oil. Then the rats inthe remaining groups were intraperitoneally injected with the 0. 1% CCL_4 peanut oil solution. Eighteen hours after administration,the orbital blood were taken to detect the activity of ALT and AST in serum. Compared with the model group,the activity of ALTand AST in the medium and high dose groups of Jiayu capsule were decreased significantly. The Jiayu capsule can protect themice from hepatic injury induced by tetrachloride.
