基于物流、供应链的企业知识转移研究

摘要
在知识经济发展的大环境中,知识已经成为集体、个人竞争的基本要素,也是集体和个人在竞争中获得成功的核心要素。知识的获取、转移和创新是知识管理过程的主要活动,其中知识转移是知识创新的前提和基础。文章通过阐述知识转移的理论基础,深入并全面分析知识转移与物流、知识转移与供应链管理之间的关系,以国际代表性企业西门子家用电器为案例进行探讨与分析,探索企业经营中知识转移的具体过程。希望通过文章的研究,促进更多跨国物流企业在知识转移过程中保持核心竞争力,健康、长期的发展。
In the current knowledge society, knowledge has become the basic element of collective and individual competition, and also the core element of collective and individual's success in the competition. Knowledge acquisition, transfer and innovation are the main activities of knowledge management process, and knowledge transfer is the premise and foundation of knowledge innovation. This article expatiates the basic theory of knowledge transfer, in-depth and comprehensive analysis of the relationship between knowledge transfer and logistics, knowledge transfer and supply chain management, discusses and analyzes the case of SIEMENS household appliances to explore the specific process of knowledge transfer in enterprise management. It is hoped that through this study, more transnational logistics enterprises can maintain their core competitiveness and achieve healthy and longterm development in the process of knowledge transfer.
