现代信息通信工程系统项目管理要点分析

摘要
随着当前社会经济的进步,现代信息通信工程建设规模逐年增加,但与此同时,现代信息通信工程系统项目本身具有操作难度较大、全程全网、结构分层差异较明显等特性,使得其对建设管理期间标准要求极高,一旦任意环节出现问题都会导致整个通信工程质量无法达到预期的情况发生。
