自拟养胃汤联合“四联疗法”治疗Hp阳性慢性胃炎疗效观察

摘要
目的:探索和分析Hp阳性慢性胃炎患者应用中药联合"四联疗法"治疗的效果。方法:抽取2015年11月―2017年12月58例在我院接受治疗的Hp阳性慢性胃炎患者,将所抽取对象分为实验组(n=31)和对比组(n=27),对比组患者应用四联疗法(枸橼酸铋钾胶囊+左氧氟沙星+克拉霉素/阿莫西林+奥美拉唑),实验组患者同时应用中药(自拟养胃汤组方)治疗。结果:实验组病情缓解患者为30例,病情总缓解率为96.77%,对比组病情缓解患者为21例,病情总缓解率为77.78%,两组病情总缓解率经对比差异有统计学意义(χ~2=13.7862,P=0.0478)。治疗后实验组患者排便积分明显较对比组患者低,两组数据对比可见显著差异且有统计学意义(t=9.8173,P=0.0416),实验组患者反流积分低于对比组,两组差异显著且有统计学意义(t=8.7826,P=0.0247),实验组患者消化不良积分低于对比组,两组差异显著且有统计学意义(t=11.8931, P=0.0065)。结论:Hp阳性慢性胃炎患者应用中药联合"四联疗法"治疗可显著改善临床症状并加快其病情缓解。
Objective: To explore and analyze efficacy of TCM plus tetragenous therapy on Hp-positive chronic gastritis. Methods:58 patients were divided into the experimental group(n=31) and control group(n=27). The control group was given tetragenous therapy.The experimental group was given TCM medicine more. Results: 30 cases were obtundent in the experimental group; and the total obtundent rate was 96.77%. 21 cases were obtundent in the control group; and the total obtundent rate was 77.78%. There was a statistically significant difference in total obtundent rate between two groups(χ~2=13.7862, P=0.0478). After treatment, the defecation integral in the experimental group was significantly lower(t=9.8173, P=0.0416). The reflux integral in the experimental group was lower than the control group(t=8.7826, P=0.0247). The dyspepsia score in the experimental group was lower than the control group(t=11.8931, P=0.0065).Conclusion: TCM medicine plus tetragenous therapy can improve clinical symptoms and accelerate the relief condition.
