摘要
针对某压水堆核电厂安全注入系统浓硼回路运行温度偏高问题展开研究,分析该问题产生的原因,针对性地提出了减薄设备保温层以增加散热量、更换效率更高的泵以减小循环泵运行产生的热量、将回路内天然硼更换为富集硼以降低回路硼酸浓度和调整泵运行方式的解决措施,并对其可行性进行评估。
This paper analyzed the over temperature problems of thick boron loop operation in safety injection system.The causes of the problem were analyzed,and effective methods were tested in practice,such as thinning equipment and piping insulation layer to increase heat dissipation,replacing higher pump efficiency to decreases heat of circulation pump run,replacing natural replacement with the enrichment of boron in boron loop to decrease boric acid concentration and adjusting the operation mode of pump.The feasibility of the evaluation were investigated.
