以景观生态化的新理念新方法开展农地整治

摘要
当前我国已经进入深入推进生态文明建设的关键时期,针对当前农地整治实践中更多地关注新增耕地数量、追求规模化经营,导致景观单一和生态破坏的问题,提出以景观生态化的新理念新方法开展农地整治,进而在总结各地实践经验和专业调查的基础上,以景观生态化田块设计、景观生态化道路、沟渠设计为重点,探讨了其设计要求和方法,并建议从土地综合整治观、保护原有生态系统、提高村民和景观生态设计师参与度以及加大景观生态建设的政策支持等方面努力,有效推动我国农地整治的景观生态化建设。
China has entered the crucial stage of promoting construction of ecological civilization nowadays. Aiming at the current problems in practice of agricultural land consolidation, like single landscape and ecological damage resulting from focusing more on the number of new arable land and pursuit the large-scale operation, this paper proposes the new concept and method of landscape ecology to carry out agricultural land consolidation. On the basis of summing up practical experience and expertise investigation, this paper focuses on design of the plots in landscape ecology, landscape ecology of the road and ditches design and discusses the design requirements and methods. Besides, this paper advises to promote landscape ecological construction in China's agricultural land consolidation by comprehensive land management, protection of the original ecosystem, improvement of the villagers and landscape eco-designers' participation and increasing policy support to landscape ecological construction.
