摘要
为解决装备液压系统快速故障定位与维修问题,将IETM运用到装备液压系统维修保障技术中。介绍了S1000D 4.0标准,分析了基于IETM的装备液压系统维修保障系统的体系结构,研究了系统开发过程。对装备液压系统进行了层次分析,对典型故障进行了故障树分析,运用XMLSpy编写了各类数据模块,实现了故障的快速定位与隔离、故障零部件图解与分析,提高了维修的效率,具有重要的军事意义。
        In order to solve the problem of quick fault location and rapid maintenance for equipment hydraulic system,the IETM was used in maintenance support technology.S1000 D 4.0 standard was introduced,the structure of maintenance support system for equipment hydraulic system was analyzed,then the system development process was studied.By analyzing equipment hydraulic system using the hierarchical decomposition method,the typical faults were analyzed using the fault tree analysis method,XMLSpy was used to write all kinds of data module.Equipment fault quick location and isolation,faulty part's diagram and analysis are realized.So the efficiency of maintenance is improved,and it has important military significance.
