摘要

在煤矿开采过程中,实现机电设备的合理选择与利用,有助于大幅提高煤炭的实际开采量,关乎着煤矿行业生产活动最终所创造的经济效益。基于此,首先从合理确定安装流程、专业监督安装过程、规范检查设备零件3个主要方面分析了煤矿机电设备的安装要点。接着从容易存在安全隐患问题的角度出发,深入阐述明确煤矿机电设备安装的对应位置、建立煤矿机电设备自查自纠机制、煤矿机电设备验收环节的精细准确等设备安装质量控制的重点工作,为煤矿机电设备的安装提供了理论指导。
        In the process of coal mining,the rational selection and utilization of electromechanical equipment can help to increase the yield and economic benefits of coal mine. The installation points for coal mine mechanical and electrical equipment such as reasonable determination of installation process,professional supervision of installation process and inspection of equipment parts were analyzed. The key measures of equipment installation quality control were proposed from defining the installation location,establishing self-checking and self-correcting mechanism and formulating acceptance criteria of coal mine mechanical and electrical equipment,which provides theoretical guidance for the installation of coal mine mechanical and electrical equipment.
