新景矿综采工作面Y型通风瓦斯治理技术

摘要
为解决新景矿3~#低透高突煤层工作面瓦斯涌出量大,尤其是上隅角瓦斯积聚问题,在3213工作面试验沿空留巷Y型通风方式,改变了采空区瓦斯的流动方向,有效避免了回风上隅角涡流的产生。针对采空区瓦斯涌入回风巷导致瓦斯超限问题,采取采空区预埋管路抽放瓦斯的技术手段降低采空区瓦斯涌出量。针对采动后上覆1~#和2~#邻近层瓦斯涌入工作面的问题,采用布置邻近层钻孔的方案保证工作面的安全回采,采取以沿空留巷Y型通风为主体的瓦斯治理综合措施后,瓦斯抽采量增加了4.42 m~3/min,风排瓦斯量降低了5.54 m~3/min,回风巷瓦斯浓度由0.8%降低为0.6%,并杜绝了回风上隅角瓦斯超限。经验证,回采期间的瓦斯治理水平得到显著提升。
        In order to solve the problems of large gas emission in working face and high gas concentration in upper corner of Xinjing Coal Mine,the Y-type ventilation mode of gob-side entry retaining in No.3213 working face was used.Aiming at the problem of gas overrun caused by gas emission from goaf,the measure of gas extraction by buried pipe in goaf was adopted.Aiming at the problem of gas emission from overlying coal seam after mining,the measure of gas extraction by drilling boreholes into adjacent seams were used.By adopting gob-side entry retaining with Y-type ventilation and comprehensive gas control measures,the gas extraction volume was increased by 4.42 m~3/min,the gas volume discharged by air was decreased by 5.54 m~3/min,the gas concentration in return airway was decreased from 0.8% to 0.6%,and gas overrun in upper corner was eliminated.
