基于供应链的石油企业物流管理研究

摘要
随着社会经济日新月异的发展,对石油企业物流管理有效性和科学性,也提出了前所为未有的标准和要求。特别是在全球经济一体化背景下,石油企业物流管理的重要性日益突出。在新形势下,分析从石油企业物理管理特点,采取有效措施,优化物流管理策略,是当下石油企业物流管理人员亟待解决的现实问题。文中重点论述供应链背景下的石油企业物流管理的特点,并提出供应链管理下的石油企业物流管理有效策略,以期优化整合行业资源,提升石油企业的竞争力。
With the rapid development of social economy,the effectiveness and scientific nature of petroleum enterprise logistics management have also raised the unprecedented standards and requirements. Especially in the context of global economic integration,the importance of logistics management in petroleum companies has become increasingly prominent. In the new period,analyzing the characteristics of physical management from petroleum companies,taking effective measures,and optimizing logistics management strategies are practical problems that need to be solved urgently by petroleum enterprise logistics managers.Based on his own work experience,the author focuses on the characteristics of petroleum enterprise logistics management under the background of supply chain,and puts forward an effective strategy for petroleum enterprise logistics management under supply chain management,in order to optimize the integration of industry resources and enhance the competitiveness of oil companies.
