跨科共享病床资源管理

摘要
病床使用率是衡量医院床位负荷状况的重要指标,伴随着控制公立医院单体床位规模指导原则的出台,提高病床使用率在医院管理工作中显得尤为重要。某地市三级综合医院依托信息系统平台,合理调配病床资源,明确使用管理,强化护理人员培训,保证医疗安全质量,形成具有特色的"跨科共享"病床资源管理模式,减少患者住院等待时间,一定程度上缓解看病难问题,提高医院的运营效率和社会效益。
Occupancy rate of hospital beds is an important index to evaluate their load conditions. Along with the introduction of the guidelines of strictly limiting the number of hospital beds in public hospitals, raising the occupancy rate of hospital beds is becoming increasingly important. Facilitated by an information system, a tertiary general hospital in a prefecture-level city allocated hospital beds in a reasonable way through clear use of management, enhancement of the nursing staff training, and the guarantee of medical safety and quality, so as to establish a featured management mode of rational distribution of hospital beds based on inter-department sharing, which, by reducing patients' waiting time, has alleviated the difficulty of getting medical service and contributed to higher operational and social efficiency of hospitals.
