为围绝经期功能失调性子宫出血患者使用补肾调经汤进行治疗的效果

摘要
目的:探讨为围绝经期功能失调性子宫出血患者使用补肾调经汤进行治疗的效果。方法:将近期攀枝花市仁和区人民医院收治的84例围绝经期功能失调性子宫出血患者。将这84例患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各有42例患者。为对照组患者使用西药进行治疗,为观察组患者使用补肾调经汤进行治疗。然后,对比两组患者的治疗效果及其治疗前后血清中FSH(卵泡刺激素)和E2(雌二醇)的水平。结果:与对照组患者相比,观察组患者治疗的总有效率较高,其治疗后血清中FSH和E2的水平均较低(P <0.05)。治疗前,两组患者血清中FSH和E2的水平相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:为围绝经期功能失调性子宫出血患者使用补肾调经汤进行治疗的效果显著,可改善其体内激素的水平。
Objective: To investigate the effect of bushen tiaojing decoction in the treatment of perimenopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding. Methods: a total of84 cases of perimenopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding were treated in renhe district people's hospital of panzhihua recently. The 84 patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 42 patients in each group. Patients in the control group were treated with western medicine, while those in the observation group were treated with bushentiaojing decoction. Then, serum levels of FSH(follicle-stimulating hormone) and E2(estradiol) before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results: compared with the control group, the total effective rate of the observation group was higher, and the serum levels of FSH and E2 were lower after treatment(P < 0.05). Before treatment, there was no significant difference in serum levels of FSH and E2 between the two groups(P > 0.05). Conclusion: the effect of bushen tiaojing decoction on perimenopause patients with dysfunctional uterine bleeding is significant, which can improve the level of hormones in the body.
