三级综合医院构建优质高效运行机制探讨

摘要
以党十九大卫生健康发展战略为背景,探讨当前三级综合医院在新形势下面临的压力及困境,在此基础上提出构建三级综合医院优质高效运行新机制的路径,包括优化收支结构,夯实技术、服务双重竞争力,推进多种形式的医联体建设等举措,以此将三级综合医院的发展运营融入整个医疗卫生服务体系建设。
Based on the requirements of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China report,the pressure and predicament that the tertiary hospitals are facing under the new situation are discussed,and the way to construct the new mechanism of high quality and efficient operation of tertiary hospitals is proposed,including optimizing the structure of revenue and expenditure, tamping technology, optimizing service, and promoting the construction of various forms of medical integration,so as to integrate the development and operation of tertiary comprehensive hospitals into the construction of the entire medical and health service system.
