项目管理在难免压疮管理中的应用探讨

摘要
目的探讨项目管理应用于难免压疮管理中的效果。方法选取2015年1月~12月申报难免压疮的住院患者1608例作为对照组,对照组采用常规三级监控管理方法;选取2016年1月~12月申报难免压疮的的住院患者1870例作为观察组,观察组采用项目管理方法,比较实施项目管理前后难免压疮评估准确率、发生率和治疗有效率。结果实施项目管理后,难免压疮评估准确率由87.69%提高至100.00%、发生率由6.10%降低至3.69%、治疗有效率由73.00%提高至100.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论项目管理有效提高了难免压疮管理质量,保证了患者安全;可以进一步提升个人价值,发挥团队最大效能;是一种提升护理管理水平的有效途径,有利于护理学科的发展。
Objective To discuss the effect of project management in the management of unavoidable pressure ulcer Method From January 2015 to December to declare the inevitable pressure sore 1608 patients as the control group, the control group uses the conventional three level monitoring and management methods; from January 2016 to December to declare the inevitable pressure sore of 1870 patients as the observation group, the observation group adopted the method of project management, comparative assessment of the implementation of project management before and after the inevitable pressure sore incidence and accuracy the treatment efficiency.Result After the implementation of the project management, the accuracy of the pressure ulcer assessment increased from 87.69% to 100%, the incidence decreased from 6.10% to 3.69%, the treatment efficiency increased from 73% to 100%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Project management can effectively improve the inevitable pressure sore management quality, ensure patient safety; can further enhance the value of the individual, to maximize the effectiveness of team; is an effective way to enhance the level of nursing management, is conducive to the development of nursing science.
