压疮与难免压疮护理管理及干预临床分析

摘要
目的探讨压疮与难免压疮的护理管理及干预措施。方法对住院患者压疮事件进行回顾性分析。根据压疮原因和诱因,制定有效的预防压疮及难免压疮的护理管理及干预措施,规范各项管理制度,落实各项干预举措。结果实施护理管理及干预措施后,压疮的发生率由护理管理及干预措施实施前的5.1%下降至1.4%。结论应用预防压疮和难免压疮的护理管理及干预措施,可降低压疮的发生率,提升护理内涵质量。
Objective To explore the nursing management and intervention measures of pressure sores and inevitable pressure sores.Methods A retrospective analysis was made on the incident of pressure sores in hospitalized patients. According to the reasons and causes of pressure sores,the effective prevention and control measures for the prevention and control of pressure sores were formulated. Results After the implementation of nursing management and intervention,the incidence rate of patients with pressure sores significantly decreased,the incidence rate decreased from 5. 1% to 1. 4% after the implementation of nursing management and intervention measures. Conclusion The application of nursing management and intervention measures reduces the incidence of pressure sores,improves the quality of nursing,and ensures the safety of patients.
