规范化管理对晚期肿瘤患者难免压疮的防治研究

摘要
目的探讨规范化管理对晚期肿瘤患者难免压疮的防治效果。方法选取2016年1月至2018年4月间陕西省宝鸡市中医医院收治的77例晚期肿瘤患者,按入院先后顺序分为观察组(39例)和对照组(38例)。对照组患者采用常规护理,观察组患者在对照组基础上采用难免压疮规范化管理,比较两组患者难免压疮发生率、患者及家属预防难免压疮知识掌握程度和护理效果满意度。结果观察组患者难免压疮发生率为7. 7%,低于对照组的28. 9%,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。观察组患者压疮危险因素、压疮后果、护理技巧和注意事项得分均高于对照组患者,差异均有统计学意义(均P <0. 05)。观察组患者护理满意度为92. 3%,高于对照组患者的73. 7%,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论晚期肿瘤患者采用规范化管理能降低难免压疮发生率,提高患者相关知识知晓程度及护理效果满意度。
Objective To study the application of standardized management of pressure ulcers in patients with advanced cancer. Methods A total of 77 patients with advanced tumors treated at Baoji Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2016 to February 2017 were selected and divided into an observation group( 39 patients) and a control group( 38 patients) according to the sequence of admission.The observation group used the inevitable pressure sore standardized management care on the basis of routine nursing and the control group only received routine nursing. The incidence of inevitable pressure ulcers,patients and their families' knowledge on how to prevent inevitable pressure sores,and satisfaction with nursing results were compared between the two groups. Results The incidence of pressure ulcer was 7. 7% in the observation group,which was lower than 28. 9% of the control group( P < 0. 05). Scores of risk factors for pressure ulcer,the consequences of pressure ulcer,nursing skills and precautions were higher in the observation group than in the control group( all P < 0. 05). The satisfaction rate was 92. 3% for the observation group which was higher than 73. 7% of the control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Standardized management can reduce the incidence of inevitable pressure ulcers,and improve the knowledge of patients and the satisfaction with nursing results in patients with advanced cancer.
