<正>血液净化在重症医学领域,尤其是急性肾衰竭、高脂血症性胰腺炎、药物中毒等患者的救治中得到广泛应用,与机械通气、中心静脉营养支持并称为ICU危重急救的3大支柱~([1])。深静脉导管是血液净化的一种最常用的血管通路,对于血管条件差、造瘘初期或造瘘失败的患者尤为重要,但在应用过程中可能出现导管血流量不足、穿刺点渗血、导管堵塞以
