社区老年人心理障碍原因及护理干预

摘要
首先概括了社区老年人产生心理障碍的主要原因,即包括老年人心理与环境的平衡态被打破;生理机能衰弱;各种疾病缠身;收入水平下降;重大突发事件冲击等问题。然后,根据引发老年人心理障碍的主要原因,提出针对性的护理措施,例如,加强保健知识宣传教育;加强社区卫生医疗中心建设;丰富社区老年人文化生活;鼓励老年人关心政策时事;并支持其从事可及的职业活动等。此外,对于失能老年人群还需特别关注。老年人心理护理措施的落实需要社会各方的共同努力,以真正提高我国老年人的心理健康水平。
Firstly,this study briefly summarized the main causes of psychological disorders among the elderly in the community,including the breakdown of the balance between psychology and environment,the decline of physiological function,the occurrence of various diseases,the decline in income levels,and the impact of major emergencies,etc.Then,this study proposed targeted nursing measures,such as,strengthening health care knowledge publicity and education,strengthening the construction of community health and medical centers,enriching the cultural life of the elderly in the community,encouraging the elderly to care about policy and current affairs,and supporting them to engage in accessible professional activities,etc.In addition,the elderly with disability should be paid special attention.The implementation of psychological care measures for the elderly needs the joint efforts of all social parties in order to truly improve the level of psychological health of the elderly in China.
