适度集束化护理对神经外科侧卧位手术术中压疮的预防效果

摘要
目的探讨适度集束化护理对神经外科侧卧位手术术中压疮的预防效果。方法选取2017年1月～2018年1月收治的80例神经外科侧卧位手术患者,将其按照随机数字表法分为试验组和对照组,每组40例。对照组接受传统护理方法,试验组接受适度集束化护理方法。比较两组患者的压疮发生率、对护理的满意度、压疮防护费用。结果试验组患者的压疮总发生率显著低于对照组,压疮防护费用低于对照组,总满意度高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论适度集束化护理可有效降低神经外科侧卧位手术患者的压疮发生率,降低压疮预防费用,提高患者对护理的满意度,值得临床推广。
Objective To explore the preventive effect of moderate cluster nursing on pressure ulcer during operation in neurosurgical lateral position surgery.Methods From January 2017 to January 2018,80 neurosurgical lateral position surgery patients were selected and they were divided into the experimental group and the control group according to the random number table method,there were 40 patients in each group.The control group received traditional nursing methods,while the experimental group received moderate cluster nursing method.The incidence of pressure ulcer,satisfaction degree with nursing and the cost of pressure ulcer protection were compared between the two groups.Results The total incidence rate of pressure ulcer in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the cost of pressure ulcer protection was lower than that in the control group,and the total satisfaction degree was higher than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Moderate cluster nursing can effectively reduce the incidence of pressure ulcer in neurosurgical lateral position surgery patients,reduce the cost of pressure ulcer protection,and improve patients′ satisfaction degree with nursing,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
