综合护理在胺碘酮治疗心衰合并心律失常患者中的应用价值

摘要
目的:分析综合护理对行胺碘酮治疗的心衰并心律失常患者的应用价值。方法:选取2017年9月-2018年10月笔者所在医院行胺碘酮治疗的59例心衰并心律失常患者为研究对象,将其随机分为两组。对照组29例患者给予常规护理,观察组30例患者给予综合护理干预。比较两组患者护理满意度、不良反应发生情况及临床治疗指标(心率、血压)变化情况。结果:护理后观察组心率、血压均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对行胺碘酮治疗的心衰并心律失常者给予综合护理干预可提高治疗效果,降低不良反应发生率,提高患者满意度。
Objective:To analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing in heart failure patients with arrhythmia underwent the treatment of Amiodarone.Method:A total of 59 heart failure patients with arrhythmia underwent the treatment of Amiodarone from September 2017 to October 2018 were selected.They were randomly divided into two groups.29 patients in the control group was treated with conventional nursing,while 30 patients in the observation group was treated with comprehensive nursing interventions.The nursing satisfaction,adverse reactions and clinical treatment index(heart rate,blood pressure)were compared between the two groups.Result:After nursing,heart rate and blood pressure in the observation group were better than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing intervention for patients with heart failure and arrhythmia treated with Amiodarone can improve the therapeutic effect,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,and improve patients' satisfaction.
