摘要
为提高小冬瓜种子发芽力及培育壮苗,采用不同浓度的KNO_3、CaCl_2、GA_3、6-BA及几种药剂组合处理小冬瓜种子,研究其发芽力及壮苗情况。结果表明,各处理均能不同程度促进小冬瓜种子萌发,提高其发芽势和发芽率。其中,KNO_3 4 g/L、CaCl_2 1 g/L、GA_3 300 mg/L、6-BA 100 mg/L以及6-BA 50mg/L+KNO_3 500 mg/L处理的小冬瓜种子发芽势和发芽率分别比清水对照提高54.66%和21.69%、37.34%和13.20%、40.00%和20.74%、48.00%和16.98%、48.00%和26.40%,综合子叶面积、下胚轴粗和根长等壮苗因子,以6-BA 50 mg/L+KNO_3 500 mg/L处理的促进效果最好。
In order to improve the seed germination ability and cultivate strong seedlings of small gourd, the seed of Wax gourd were treated by different concentrations of KNO_3, CaCl_2, GA_3, 6-BA and several combination of medicaments. The results showed that all the treatments can promote seed germination, and improve germination energy and germination percentage. Compared to the control, treatment with KNO_3 4 g/L, CaCl_2 1 g/L, GA_3 300 mg/L, 6-BA 100 mg/L and 6-BA 50 mg/L + KNO_3 500 mg/L improve the germination energy by 54.66%, 37.34%, 40.00%, 48.00% and 48.00%, and improve the germination percentage by 21.69%, 13.20%, 20.74%, 16.98% and 26.40%, respectively. Taken strong seedling factors into consideration, including leaf area, hypocotyls length and root length, the treatment of 6-BA 50 mg/L+KNO_3 500 mg/L presented the best results, followed by KNO_3 4 g/L treatment.
