住院儿童身体约束应用的研究进展

摘要
阐述了约束的概念,住院儿童身体约束的相关不良影响,约束应用中存在的问题以及住院儿童约束规范应用的相关内容。提出需进一步探讨如何在保证患儿安全和护理质量的情况下,规范约束的应用流程,明确身体约束的替代干预措施,建立有效的决策指标,帮助护士在临床工作中判断是否应该使用身体约束,以减少约束的不合理使用。
