摘要
以金山金矿全尾砂和聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)为试验原料进行静态絮凝沉降试验。通过全尾砂自然沉降试验以及多次单因素絮凝沉降试验,探究了砂浆给料浓度及絮凝剂添量对全尾砂沉降速度和沉降浓度的影响,并且寻求到一种简易直观的尾液检测方法,据此探讨了最佳絮凝沉降效果所需添量与最佳絮凝剂添量之间的关系。综合多方面因素,给出了矿山最佳砂浆给料浓度为25%,最佳絮凝沉降效果所需添量为25 g/t,最佳絮凝剂添量为20 g/t。
Static flocculation and sedimentation experiments were carried out on polyacrylamide( PAM) and classified tailings from Jiangxi gold mining mine. Through static natural sedimentation and repeated univariate experiments,the research explored the effect of feed concentration and flocculant addition amount on the sedimentation velocity and concentration of tailings,and got hold of a simple and direct detection method for residual liquid. According to the experiments,the relationship between the optimum flocculant addition amount for flocculation and sedimentation and the optimum flocculant addition amount was discussed. Comprehensive analysis takes that the optimum feed concentration is 25 %,the optimum flocculant addition amount for flocculation and sedimentation is 25 g / t and the optimum flocculant addition amount is 20 g / t.
