摘要
目的了解滹沱河蓄滞洪区蝇密度、种群构成、季节消长及家蝇抗性水平,为蓄滞洪区蝇类防制工作提供科学依据。方法采用笼诱法监测蝇密度,点滴法测定家蝇抗药性。结果蓄滞洪区蝇类有4科11种,家蝇为优势种群,占捕获总数的41. 54%,平均密度7. 48只/笼,蝇密度在5~7月和10月呈现两个高峰期,绿化带蝇密度最高,蓄滞洪区家蝇对残杀威、溴氰菊酯、高效氯氰菊酯、敌敌畏抗性系数分别为68. 02、52. 68、35. 87、9. 74。结论加强对蝇类密度消长和抗药性监测,合理选用杀虫剂,减缓抗性产生,重点时间段、重点场所将针对性灭蝇措施和综合治理相结合,提高防治效果。
        Objective To understand the density of flies,population composition,seasonal fluctuation and the level of resistance of Musca domestica in the flood storage and detention area of the Hutuo River,and to provide a scientific basis for the prevention and control of flies in flood storage and detention areas. Methods The density of flies was monitored by cage trapping method,and the resistance of Musca domestica was determined by spotting method. Results There are 11 families and 4 species of flies in flood storage and detention areas. Musca domestica is the dominant species,accounting for 41. 54% of the total number of catches,with an average density of 7. 48 per cage. The density of flies presents two peak periods in from May to July and October. The highest density was obtained,and the resistance coefficients of housefly to propoxur,deltamethrin,beta-cypermethrin and dichlorvos were 68. 02,52. 68,35. 87 and 9. 74,respectively. Conclusion We will strengthen monitoring of the density and resistance of flies,use insecticides appropriately to slow down the development of resistance,and combine targeted measures against flies with comprehensive management in key time periods and places to improve the control effect.
