关节松动技术配合神经松动技术治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床疗效观察

摘要
目的:探讨关节松动技术配合神经松动技术治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法:选取2017年12月～2018年5月本院接诊的颈椎病的患者60例,随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例。对照组采用电针治疗,治疗组采用关节松动技术配合神经松动技术,比较两组患者治疗前后的疼痛评分(VAS)和颈椎病临床评价量表评分(CASCS),并对两组治疗后进行评定。结果:治疗组总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的VAS、CASCS评分均较治疗前显著改善(P<0.05),且治疗组治疗后的VAS、CASCS评分显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:关节松动技术配合神经松动技术治疗对神经根型颈椎病有很好的临床效果,可以有效减轻患者的临床症状,值得临床上广泛推广及应用。
Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of joint mobilization with nerve mobilization in the treatment of cervicalspondylotic radiculopathy. Methods: From December 2017 to May 2018, 60 patients with cervical spondylosis were randomly divided into treatment group(n=30) and control group(n=30). The control group was treated with electroacupuncture treatment group was treated with neural mobilization techniques combined with joint mobilization techniques, two groups were compared before and after treatment the pain score(VAS) and cervical spondylosis clinical evaluation scale(CASCS), and the treatment of the two groups after treatment evaluation. Results: The total effective rate in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the VAS,CASCS score of the two groups was significantly improved compared with that of the control group(P<0.05), and the VAS,CASCS score of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: Neural mobilization techniques combined with joint mobilization therapy has good clinical effect on cervical spondylosis of nerve root type, can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of the patients, it is worthy of clinical popularization and Application
