某型发射装置意外点火故障分析

摘要
某型发射装置为某型飞机配套产品,挂装在机翼下,用于悬挂、运载和发射红外导弹,是飞机作战任务能否完成的重要部件。针对某型发射装置在战术发射过程中红外导弹意外点火故障,本文从故障状况、原因分析、故障定位、故障排除四大方面进行阐述,为该类产品的故障排查提供思路和经验。
A launcher is a supporting product of a certain type of aircraft, which is mounted under the wing and used for hanging, carrying and launching infrared missiles. Aiming at the accidental ignition failure of an infrared missile in the tactical launch process of a certain launcher, this paper elaborates from the four aspects of fault status, cause analysis, fault location and troubleshooting, providing ideas and experience for the troubleshooting of this kind of products.
