摘要
近年来,量子点标记技术得到较快发展,以其为基础开发的检测技术在食品安全检测方面已有广泛应用。为了解量子点标记技术在食源性病原体检测中的应用研究现状,为量子点标记技术在食品安全检测中进一步深入推广,简要综述了量子点的生物相容性及其在食源性病原体检测方面的研究进展和应用前景。
The labeling technology using quantum dots has gained quick development in recent years.This technology has been extensively used in the field of food safety research.A brief review on the research progress and application prospect of biocompatibility of quantum dots and its application in foodborne pathogens testing was introduced.
