摘要
本文基于企业关注的人才能力指标,探索构建高职院校学生软技能评价指标体系和软技能成长过程可观测数据模型,以有效提升大学生软技能的培养水平。
Based on the talent ability indexes concerned by enterprises,this paper explores and constructs the evaluation index system of students' soft skills and the observable data model of the growth process of soft skills in higher vocational colleges so as to effectively improve the training level of students' soft skills.
