综放大断面巷道沿空掘进支护设计研究

摘要
以某矿23105工作面皮带巷为例,采用地质力学测试、围岩强度测试、钻孔窥视等方法,研究了综放大断面巷道沿空掘进过程中围岩强度结构。结果表明:23105工作面皮带巷围岩为中等应力值区域,原岩应力属于中低水平;巷道顶煤强度较高,有利于锚索锚固,而帮部煤层强度整体低于顶煤强度;巷道顶板除浅部局部裂隙较发育外,整体完整性较好,裂隙发育程度低,有利于锚索的锚固。提出强顶强帮的支护思路,采用高预紧力强力树脂锚固锚索锚杆联合支护的方式。经过现场工业试验可知,顶板最大下沉量为90 mm,帮部最大移近量为45 mm,支护效果良好,可满足工作面采掘的需要。
        Taking the surrounding rock of 23105 face of a mine as study objective, means of geomechanical test, strength test of surrounding rock and drilling spy borehole are introduced for research. The results show that rock stress of the belt roadway in 23105 working face belongs to the middle-low level, and the roof coal of the roadway is hard enough, which is favorable for anchoring cable, while the strength of the roof in roadway ribs is lower than that of the roadway roof seam as a whole. Except the shallow part and part of the coal seam, The integrity of the whole roadway roof is better, which is beneficial to the Anchorage of anchor cables operation. The supporting idea of roof and ribs is put forward, and the combination of anchor cable and anchor bolt is adopted by high pre-tightening force anchor. The industrial test shows that the maximum subsidence of roof is 90 mm, and the maximum displacement in ribs is 45 mm, which can meet the needs of mining and excavation in working face.
