江西省矿业绿色高质量发展探讨

摘要
本文分析了江西省矿产资源概况和基本特点,以及地方在推动矿业绿色高质量发展中的典型做法:政府和部门高度重视矿业绿色转型;强化矿产资源规划的战略引领作用;坚持"一矿一策",差别化、精细化推进工作;创新矿产资源开发方式和模式;建立三维模型,强化在线动态监管。同时,分析了发展过程中存在的主要问题,并提出了相关政策建议。
This paper analyzes the general situation and basic characteristics of mineral resources in Jiangxi province,and the typical practices of promoting green and high-quality development of mining industry in the light of investigation and research.Government and departments attach great importance to the green transformation of mining industry,to strengthen the strategic leading role of mineral resources planning.The one-mine-one-strategy should be adhered,and promote the work in differentiation and refinement way.To innovate the mode of mineral resources development and establish three-dimensional model,strengthen the online dynamic supervision.At the same time,the main problems are analyzed,and the relevant policy recommendations are put forward.
