摘要
为降低既有线普通铁路轨道的维修和保养成本,提高线路的平顺性和行车的平稳性,此文以地方坪岚铁路大修改造为例,研究在不更换钢轨的情况下,将普通线路改造成无缝线路。就其实施方案和钢轨接头的焊接方法进行应用性探讨,并阐述实施的保证措施,进行经济性分析,以及取得的成效。以此说明改造方案的可行性。
        In order to reduce the maintenance cost and improve track ride and running smoothness of the existing railways,the method of transforming the existing rail into continuously welded rail track without rail replacement is studied in this paper. And taking the overhaul and reconstruction of Ping LAN railway as example,the implementation plan and the welding method of rail joint are discussed,and the economy of the method is analyzed. The feasibility of the reconstruction plan is verified through analysis.
