摘要

新媒体的出现对纸媒产生了一定的冲击和挑战,高校学报以及学报编辑面对新媒体的冲击也应当要加以改革,正确面对新媒体时代的冲击。在此过程中,高校学报编辑的素养直接影响到改革的效果,提升学报编辑的素养对新媒体时代下高校学报质量的提升有着重要的促进作用。因此,本文先对高校学报编辑的发展现状进行简单介绍,并对新媒体时代下高校学报编辑应具备的素养进行分析,然后提出提升高校学报编辑素养的策略。
The emergence of new media has had certain impacts and challenges on paper media. The impact of university journals and journal editors on new media should also be reformed to correctly face the impact of the new media era. In this process, the literacy of university journal editors directly affects the effect of reform, and improving the quality of journal editors plays an important role in promoting the quality of university journals in the new media era. Therefore, this paper firstly introduces the development status of university journal editors, and analyzes the literacy of university journal editors in the new media era, and then proposes strategies to improve the editorial quality of university journals.
