临床护理路径在老年性白内障超声乳化联合人工晶体植入术护理中的应用

摘要
目的分析临床护理路径模式应用于老年性白内障超声乳化联合人工晶体植入术中的效果。方法选择在我院行白内障超声乳化+人工晶体植入术的患者,根据手术时间分为对照组(49例)与研究组(45例),分别实施常规眼科护理和临床护理路径模式。对比两组的临床护理效果。结果手术当天,两组的SAS、SDS评分均明显低于入院当天,且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组术后并发症总发生率明显低于对照组,护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对行白内障超声乳化+人工晶体植入术的老年患者予以临床护理路径模式,可有效缓解老年患者的负性情绪,减少相关并发症的发生,同时可提高患者的护理满意度。
Objective To explore the effect of clinical nursing pathway model applied in phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation for senile cataract. Methods Patients who underwent phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation in our hospital were divided into control group(49 cases) and study group(45 cases) according to the operation time, and the routine ophthalmic nursing and clinical nursing pathway mode were implemented respectively.The clinical nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results On the day of surgery, the scores of SAS and SDS in the two groups were significantly lower than those at the admission day, and those of the study group were lower than the control group(P<0.05). The total incidence of postoperative complications in the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group, and the nursing satisfaction was higher than that of the control group(P <0.05).Conclusion The clinical nursing pathway model can effectively alleviate the negative emotion of senile patients with cataract treated with phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens implantation, which can reduce the incidence of complications and improve the nursing satisfaction of the patients.
