摘要
抽水蓄能电站机组推力轴承需要承担机组的全部转动部件重量和水推力,要保证机组在各种工况下能安全稳定运行,它是水轮发电机的核心部件之一。笔者以清远抽水蓄能电站机组为例,运用东芝公司的三维热弹流计算分析软件进行分析和设计,介绍和分析东芝典型的弹簧簇支承推力轴承在高转速、大容量、频繁起动的发电电动机上的设计应用。采用此设计的清远机组已顺利发电运行。
        Thrust bearing of pumped storage station unit needs to bear the weight of all rotating parts and hydraulic thrust of the unit, ensure the safe and stable operation of the unit under various operating conditions. It is one of the core components of the hydrogenerator. Taking the unit of Qingyuan Pumped Storage Station as an example, the authors use the three-dimensional thermal elastohydrodynamic calculation and analysis software of Toshiba Company to analyze and design, introduce and analyze the design and application of the thrust bearing of Toshiba's typical spring cluster support on the generator motor with high speed, large capacity and frequent starting. Qingyuan unit with this design runs smoothly.
