摘要
目的探讨儿童生长贴对特发性身材矮小儿童血液类胰岛素生长因子-1(IGF-1)和胰岛素生长因子结合蛋白-3(IGFBP-3)水平影响。方法选择2016年1~12月儿科因儿童特发性身材矮小就诊的患儿60例,按是否使用生长贴分为对照组和观察组各30例,对照组为仅采用饮食加运动治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予自制儿童生长贴,疗程均为12个月。比较两组治疗前后身高增长值及IGF-1和IGFBP-3水平。结果两组治疗12个月后身高增长值比较,观察组显著高于对照组(t=6.40,P<0.01);两组治疗前IGF-1与IGFBP-3水平比较,差异无显著(t=0.61、1.05,P>0.05);治疗12个月后血清IGF-1与IGFBP-3水平比较,观察组显著高于对照组(t=2.83、3.55,P<0.01)。结论儿童生长贴可显著提高特发性身材矮小儿童身高增长值,可增高血液IGF-1和IGFBP-3水平。
        Objective To explore the effect of children's growth pasteon the serum levels of insulin-like growth factor-1(IGF-1) and insulin-likegrowth factor binding protein-3(IGFBP-3) in children with idiopathic short stature(ISS).Methods Sixty children with ISS were selected from department of pediatrics from January to December 2016. They were divided into control group and observation group by the use of children's growth paste with 30 patients in each group. Children in control group were treated with diet and exercise therapy, while the observation group added self-made children's growth paste in the foundation of the therapy of the control group and both courses took 12 months.We compared the increment of height and the serum levels of IGF-1 and IGFBP-3 of the two groups before and after treatment. Results After 12-month treatment, the increment of height of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(t=6.40, P<0.01). There was no significant difference in the serum levels of IGF-1 and IGFBP-3 between the two groups before treatment(t=0.61, 1.05, P>0.05). After 12-month treatment, the serum levels of IGF-1 and IGFBP-3 of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(t=2.83, 3.55, P<0.01). Conclusion The use of children's growth paste can significantly improve the increment of height of children with ISS as well as the serum levels of IGF-1 and IGFBP-3.
