摘要

目的讨论综合护理在老年高血压性心脏病患者中的临床应用价值。方法选取我院的60例老年高血压性心脏病患者作为本文的研究对象,而后以患者的入院时间随机分为常规组(常规护理)与研究组(综合护理),评判标准:血压指标。结果研究组患者的血压指标明显优于常规组,具有统计学差异(P <0.05)。结论综合护理的实施可显著提高改善患者的血压指标,值得我院临床护理进行借鉴。
        Objective To discuss the clinical aPPlication value of comPrehensive nursing in elderly Patients with hy Pertensive heart disease.Methods 60 elderly Patients with hyPertensive heart disease in our hosPital were selected as the object of this study, and then randomly divided into routine grouP(routine nursing) and research grouP(comPrehensive nursing)according to the admission time of Patients. The evaluation criteria: blood Pressure index.Results The blood Pressure index of the study grouP was significantly better than that of the routine grouP, with statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The im Plementation of comPrehensive nursing can significantly imProve the blood Pressure indicators of Patients, which is worthy of reference for clinical nursing in our hosPital.
