摘要
鲍曼不动杆菌能引起严重的院内感染,近年来鲍曼不动杆菌的耐药性越来越强,给治疗和控制感染带来极大困难。噬菌体可在宿主菌内复制并可破坏宿主菌,而对动植物没有毒性。因此,噬菌体以其特有的自然特征有望成为较好的抗菌制剂,作为一种新兴的治疗方法,已经越来越受到人们的关注,对噬菌体展开广泛和深入的研究具有重要的基础意义和潜在的临床应用价值。
        Acinetobacter baumannii can cause serious nosocomial infection. The drug resistance of Acinetobacter baumannii in recent years is becoming more and more strong,resulting in enormous difficulties to the treatment and control of the infection. Phages can reproduce in the hosts and destroy the host bacteria while having no toxicity to animals and plants. Therefore,phages with their unique natural features are expected to become better antimicrobial agents. They have drawn increasingly more attention as an emerging treatment method. Extensive and in-depth researches are of important significance and potential clinical application value.
