玻璃酸钠滴眼液联合妥布霉素地塞米松眼膏治疗睑板腺功能障碍所致干眼症的疗效观察

摘要
目的探讨玻璃酸钠滴眼液联合妥布霉素地塞米松眼膏治疗睑板腺功能障碍(MGD)所致干眼症的临床疗效。方法选取我院眼科2015年2月至2018年2月定期随访治疗的150例MGD所致干眼症患者,随机分配法分为观察组和对照组,每组各75例。对照组给予常规治疗,观察组给予玻璃酸钠滴眼液联合妥布霉素地塞米松眼膏治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果与对照组比较,治疗2周后,观察组的BUT明显升高,FL评分和干眼主观症状评分明显降低,具有显著性差异(P<0.01);治疗4周后,观察组BUT和ShirmerⅠ评分显著升高,FL评分和干眼主观症状评分均明显降低,差异显著(P<0.01)。观察组的总有效率为97.33%,明显高于对照组的总有效率81.33%,具有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论玻璃酸钠眼液联合妥布霉素地塞米松眼膏治疗MGD所致干眼症患者疗效显著,值得临床上推广应用。
Objective To explore the analyze the clinical effects of sodium hyaluronate eye drops combined with tobradex eye ointment in the treatmentof dry eye syndrome caused by meibomain gland dysfunction(MGD). Methods 150 patients with dry eye syndrome caused by MGD who were regularlyfollowed up from February 2015 to February 2018 were randomly divided into observation group and control group of department of ophthalmology in ourhospital, with 75 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional treatment, and the observation group was given sodium hyaluronate eyedrops combined with tobradex eye ointment. The clinical effects were compared between two groups. Results Compared with the control group, after 2 weeks of treatment, the BUT was significantly increased, and FL scores and the dry eye subjective symptom score were significantly lower of the observationgroup(P <0.01). After 4 weeks of treatment, BUT and Shirmer Ⅰ were significantly higher, and FL scores and dry eye subjective symptom scores weresignificantly lower of the observation group(P<0.01). The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.33%, which was significantly higher than thetotal effective rate of the control group(81.33%), with significant difference(P<0.01). Conclusion Sodium hyaluronate eye drops combined with tobradexeye ointment for the treatment of dry eye syndrome caused by MGD is significant and worthy of clinical application.
