普米克令舒雾化吸入治疗鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉患者的临床效果

摘要
目的探讨普米克令舒雾化吸入治疗鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉患者的临床效果。方法选择2016年5月～2018年9月我院收治的94例鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉患者为研究对象,按照随机抽签方法分为两组,对照组给予布地奈德喷雾喷鼻治疗,观察组给予普米克令舒雾化吸入治疗,各47例,且对总有效率、VAS评分、Lurid-Kennedy评分、血清皮质醇浓度进行观察及评估。结果观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗前VAS评分Lurid-Kennedy评分无明显差异(P>0.05);观察组治疗后VAS评分Lurid-Kennedy评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗前血清皮质醇浓度无明显差异(P>0.05);观察组治疗后血清皮质醇浓度低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论选择普米克令舒雾化吸入治疗鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉患者具有较高的临床价值,能够在缓解临床症状的同时降低血清皮质醇浓度,值得应用及推广。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Pulmicort aerosol inhalation in the treatment of patients with sinusitis and nasal polyps. Methods 94 patients with sinusitis and nasal polyps treated from May 2016 to Sep. 2018 were selected from our hospital and randomly divided into two groups, with 47 cases in each group. The control group was given budesonide nasal spray, and the observation group was given Pulmicort inhalation. The total effective rate, VAS score, Lurid-Kennedy score, and serum cortisol concentration were observed and evaluated. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). There were no significant differences in VAS and Lurid-Kennedy scores between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05). The VAS and Lurid-Kennedy scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in serum cortisol concentration between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05). The serum cortisol concentration in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Pulmicort aerosol inhalation has a high clinical value in the treatment of sinusitis with nasal polyps, which can reduce the serum cortisol concentration while relieving clinical symptoms, thus is worthy of application and promotion.
